It’s more than just a pretty smell, and there’s a big difference between medicinal essential oils and perfume oils. Discover how you can use therapeutic-grade essential oils to promote health and healing. From chronic stress and injuries, to household cleaning, there is an essential oil to assist you!
Discussion will include:
- origins and properties of essential oils
- safe use of essential oils – cautions and contraindications
- physiological and pharmacological actions of essential oils
- essential oils for home and personal care
- plenty of time for questions
There will be time for you to sample single essential oils and Nicole’s proprietary blends. Nicole’s handmade aromatherapy products will also be available for purchase. Some of the products that will be available include bath salts, room sprays, and blends for sleeplessness, injuries, meditation, and more!
Instructor Nicole Becker has been studying anatomy, physiology, natural medicine, and yoga for over ten years. She is an established yoga teacher, certified massage therapist, and trained aromatherapist. Nicole offers private yoga sessions, personalized aromatherapy massage treatments, and customized essential oil remedies.
