Pilates is the original "mind/body" exercise method, pioneered by Joseph Pilates more than 70 years ago. It is a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness while improving and changing the body's postural alignment.
The field of Pilates is continuously enriched by ongoing research in exercise science, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles. Our instructors participate in continuing education and training in order to incorporate that expertise into individual sessions.
