Amynthas Franco was introduced to Ashtanga Yoga in January 2001. He began his practice as a way to supplement his exercise routine; however, within the first month, priorities had changed and spending time on his mat became a daily commitment. He took Tim Miller’s teacher training, attended workshops with Chuck & Maty, Leigha Nicole, Clayton Horton and Dena Kingsberg; and has been studying Ashtanga with Catherine Shaddix since 2005.
